In British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors (BASCA) and others v Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, the High Court of Justice in matter of private copy exception provides the twofold prime opportunity to shed light on the state of the art of copyright in the UK and to flesh out the idea of 'legal hysteresis’. I support the reintroduction of the private copy exception, possibly in a less narrow fashion, and I explain the reasons why I am confident that my expectations will be fulfilled.

The MAREDAT atlas covers 11 types of plankton, ranging in size from bacteria to jellyfish. Together, these plankton groups determine the health and productivity of the global ocean and play a vital role in the global carbon cycle. Within contemporary hadron physics there are two common methods for determining the momentum-dependence of the interaction between quarks: the top-down approach, which works toward an ab initio computation of the interaction via direct analysis of the gauge-sector gap equations; and the bottom-up scheme, which aims to infer the interaction by fitting data within a well-defined truncation of those equations in the matter sector that are relevant to bound-state properties. Il presente contributo propone l’introduzione, la traduzione italiana e il commento delle Note sulla verità e falsità dell’astrologia (Nukat fī mā yaṣiḥḥu wa-mā lā yaṣiḥḥu min aḥkām al-nuǧūm) di Abū Naṣr al-Fārābī (m. 950). Tale scritto non è stato trasmesso direttamente dal suo autore né ci è giunto nella sua redazione definitiva, bensì in forma di appunti ricopiati da un grammatico di nome Abū Isḥāq al-Baġdādī. In trenta brevi capitoli al-Fārābī spiega ciò che è accessibile e ciò che è inaccessibile alle predizioni astrologiche e quali aspetti di tale scienza sia opportuno accogliere o respingere.

[CA] El present article es centra en la vinculació entre els diversos exemplars de Crist portacreu de Gianfrancesco Maineri i els homònims de Paolo da San Leocadio. A través de diverses comparacions, tractarà d¿explicar-se la gènesi d¿aquest model, aportant, a més, dades que permetran una millor classificació dels exemplars leocadians. Finalment, es realitzen una sèrie de reflexions entorn de l¿hipotètic retorn de San Leocadio a Itàlia (1485-1489) i a la seua possible vinculació amb Maineri.
